Nadia Costa, CPA

Nadia provides assurance and advisory services to nonprofit organizations, private companies, and their leadership teams throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. She works closely with executives, finance teams, boards of directors, and business owners to strengthen financial reporting, navigate compliance requirements, and provide insights that support informed decision-making and long-term success. 

As a leader within Jones & Roth’s Nonprofit and Private Companies client niches, Nadia manages some of the firm’s largest and most complex audit engagements. Her experience includes audits, reviews, compilations, and single audits for mission-driven organizations and privately held businesses across a wide range of industries. She is passionate about helping clients use financial information not only to meet compliance requirements, but also to better understand performance, manage risk, and achieve their strategic objectives. 

Nadia believes that effective assurance services go beyond financial statements. She partners with organizational leaders to provide clarity, transparency, and confidence, helping them address challenges, strengthen operations, and prepare for future opportunities. Her thoughtful and collaborative approach has made her a trusted resource to executives, boards, and management teams navigating increasingly complex financial and regulatory environments. 

Outside of work, Nadia enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in her daughters’ activities. She appreciates the opportunities that family life provides to stay grounded, connected, and engaged in the community.

In addition to serving clients, Nadia plays an active leadership role within the firm through her involvement with the Assurance Services Department Management Team, Quality Control Committee, and professional development initiatives. She is passionate about developing people, sharing knowledge, and helping future leaders grow within the profession.
