Each year we provide significant sponsorship and financial support to organizations that are performing crucial social services to underserved populations in our communities.
We also are very active providing complimentary expertise within our specialized industries. Our Advisors are often called to provide educational content, tools, and prentations to industry organizations in our areas of specialization including affordable housing, community health centers, dental, medical, and construction.

Our firm’s partner group is comprised of 41 percent women and our senior manager group is comprised of 66 percent women which is a direct result of this culture of equity and inclusion within the firm.
Jones & Roth is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and supports the AICPA’s efforts increasing diversity in the CPA profession. We support this effort in large part through our connections with the local universities. In order to increase diversity within the profession, we need to increase diversity within the business and accounting majors at the university level.
