Logan Dorland

Since joining Jones & Roth in 2023 as a Senior Accountant, Logan Dorland brought with him a strong foundation in tax preparation and client service developed during his three years as an intern at a small CPA firm in Corvallis. There, he assisted with 1040 preparation and assembly, gaining hands-on experience. At Jones & Roth, he supports the dental tax team by developing materials for service plan meetings and preparing tax returns He also works closely with the trust and estate team. In addition, he contributes to Jones & Roth’s Employee Benefit Plan Audits.

Logan’s professional philosophy is grounded in the belief that even if others see a project as flawless, you’re always aware of the adjustments and learning moments behind the scenes. Outside of work, he enjoys driving to the coast and exploring Oregon’s many scenic hikes and trails. Fun fact: although it’s been years since he last picked it up, Logan can still play the alto saxophone.
