As a member of Jones & Roth’s Family Business Group and Tax Team, she provides tax, planning, and advisory services tailored to the unique challenges family business owners face. By taking the time to understand each client’s goals and vision for the future, Jessica helps develop strategies that support growth, continuity, and long-term success.

Since joining Jones & Roth in 2020, Jessica has enjoyed working alongside entrepreneurs and business families as they navigate important decisions and build lasting legacies within their communities. She values the trusted relationships that develop over time and the opportunity to help clients move confidently toward their goals.

Jessica also plays an important role on the firm’s recruiting team, helping introduce students and young professionals to the culture, opportunities, and career paths available at Jones & Roth. She enjoys sharing her experiences and helping future accountants explore how their individual strengths can contribute to meaningful client service.

Before beginning her accounting career, Jessica was a record-setting softball player at Northwest Christian University. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
