She works closely with contractors, business owners, and leadership teams to help them navigate the financial and operational challenges of a complex and constantly evolving industry. 

Carrie has earned a reputation as one of Oregon’s leading construction industry CPAs, helping contractors strengthen profitability, improve cash flow, manage risk, and plan for long-term success. She advises clients on a wide range of matters, including business strategy, succession planning, financial management, and growth opportunities. Her practical approach helps construction business owners make informed decisions that support both their companies and their personal goals.

Having started her career at Jones & Roth as an intern in 2000, Carrie has spent more than two decades helping clients and contributing to the firm’s growth and success. As a member of the firm’s leadership team, she is proud to be part of an independent, Oregon-rooted firm that is committed to putting relationships first and making a positive impact for clients, team members, and communities. 

A passionate supporter of her community, Carrie devotes significant time and expertise to industry organizations, educational initiatives, and nonprofit causes. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time with family and staying involved in the organizations and causes that help strengthen the communities she serves.
