Jones & Roth Celebrates Ninth Consecutive Year as a Top Workplace

We’re honored to share that Jones & Roth has once again been named one of The Oregonian’s Top Workplaces for 2026, marking our ninth consecutive year receiving this incredible recognition.

This award is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the people who know our firm best: our employees. The Top Workplaces program is based entirely on confidential employee feedback collected by Energage LLC, measuring key aspects of workplace culture such as trust, support, growth opportunities, leadership, and a sense of purpose at work.

While we’re proud of the recognition itself, what we’re celebrating most is our team.

In the 2026 rankings, Jones & Roth finished #12 in the Medium Employer category (100–499 employees). Considering there were 43 companies recognized in this category, the firm is proud to have ranked so highly among its peers.
