Troy Sherwood, CPA

Troy Sherwood, CPA joined Jones & Roth in 2025 after beginning his career in public accounting in 2019, bringing a strong foundation in assurance work across a wide range of service levels and industries. His primary focus is serving nonprofits and private companies, where he applies his professional philosophy: “Thoughtful questions drive thoughtful answers.”

Outside of work, Troy enjoys volunteering at his church in Springfield, spending time with family, playing board games, and watching sci‑fi movies. A fun fact that always sparks conversation — he loves golden retrievers and has had six of them throughout his life, each one adding to his appreciation for the breed’s warmth and loyalty.
