Shelli Littlefield

Vice President, Alliant Insurance Services

With a focus on long-term, financially sustainable solutions for large-group employers, Shelli brings over 30 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industries. She began her career at Pacific Benefit Consultants (PBC), where she quickly advanced to agency owner and went on to serve as President for more than a decade.

In 2024, the employee benefits division of PBC was acquired by Alliant Insurance Services, where Shelli now serves as Vice President and Division Manager. She holds several industry designations, including Registered Health Underwriter (RHU®), Chartered Healthcare Consultant (ChHC®), and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC®).

Outside of her professional work, Shelli enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and two grandchildren. She can often be found on the golf course, camping, or cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events.
