Before joining Jones & Roth, Tom McQueeny-Rose worked at a public sector consulting firm where he supported changemaking organizations by integrating internal and external data, analyzing workflows, and providing actionable insights to enhance their impact and efficiency. His experience also includes interning at various public sector organizations, driven by a passion for serving the public and improving services. In his current role, he manages internal databases, addresses client concerns, and acts as a personal client-care coordinator for multiple CPAs, while also overseeing tax and payment processes. He believes in optimizing systems to unlock individual potential and drive meaningful progress.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys running, writing, photography, video editing, and reading historical books. He once moved across the country only with what he could fit in his car. On that road trip, he ran four marathons, hiked up a 14,000-foot mountain in Colorado, escaped from quicksand in Utah, and he met his wife.
