James Fagen

James joined the Jones & Roth team in 2021, he brings 16 years of accounting experience to the firm. He holds an Associate of Science in Accounting degree from Central Oregon Community College.

James has developed a specialized expertise in the areas of bookkeeping and accounting services for small business clients. He works as full-service accountant specializing in accounts payable, bank reconciliation, business advising and payroll.

James strives to bring a very personal touch to client service. “I try to tailor my skills to each client’s individual needs”.

His professional philosophy includes adaptability as a core principle, and he states: “no matter how much you know, you can always learn more, or apply what you do know to situations you might not think would apply, i.e. Sun Tzu, The Art of War.”

In his free time James is an avid gamer and movie buff. He is currently in the process of teaching himself to play the guitar.
