forms, which you may not be aware of. If printing onto preprinted

QuickBooks users
Users of QuickBooks
2003 and higher, who also subscribe to Do-It-Yourself Payroll, may
now print government accepted black and white laser Forms
W-2 and W-3.
Pre-printed red scannable forms are not required.
Online processing
Sign up for Social
Security Administration’s Business Services Online, to create,
print, and electronically submit Forms W-2 and W-3. Pre-printed
forms are not required. To get more information, visit the website
at www.socialsecurity.gov/employer and select Business Services
Online.
Typed forms
You can get free
blank Forms W-2 and W-3, from the local IRS office. You can also
order forms from the IRS by calling 1-800-829-3676.

Blank forms, for
printing Forms W-2 and W-3 from various accounting and payroll
programs, are available at all of the local office supply stores and
many online suppliers. Kits that contain form printing software, as
well as blank forms, are also available. A list of suppliers would
