Background:

Mark has been with Jones & Roth since January 2003. He provides auditing and consulting services to financial institutions, high growth start-up companies, closely held small to medium size businesses, employee retirement plans, and nonprofit organizations.

He is especially focused on financial institutions and their needs. He has worked closely with financial, management, and internal audit staff of financial institutions. He understands of the industry.

Mark is  a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) with experience in the dealing with complicated equity compensation plans from small start up companies to large organizations. He can simplify an equity compensation plan whether the company is offering incentive (ISO) stock options, nonqualified options or full value awards. For those companies looking to set up an equity compensation plan for their employees, Mark can design a plan that will incentivize employees for long term performance while bringing those incentives inline with shareholder’s goals and expectations.
