Tricia is a key member of the firm’s Business Advisory Services Team and is the firm's Career Coach.

Tricia works proactively with business owners to influence their future business growth — not just analyze its past results. She helps business owners enjoy their businesses and still have a life outside the office. Through the Business Advisory Services group, Tricia assists business owners in strategic planning, including visioning and structuring. She also supports business owners with operational issues, including products and services, marketing and sales, culture issues, human resources and people development, systems and processes and, of course, finance.

Tricia is a Certified Public Accountant and Kolbe Certified™ Consultant.

Tricia has been with Jones & Roth since 1994.
