Chris Hays joined Jones & Roth in 2001, bringing with him experience in litigation support, business valuation, auditing, accounting and taxation.  Chris has extensive experience in a variety of business valuation, damage claim analysis, and litigation support engagements.  He has testified as an expert witness in Oregon.  He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and experienced in conducting fraud investigations.  He regularly attends national conferences on business valuation and litigation support.

In addition to his public accounting experience, Chris has over four years of private accounting experience working as an accounting supervisor for a large national corporation.  Chris is a past chair and serves on the board of the Emerald Empire local service area of the Oregon Society of CPAs.  He is also a member of the American Society of Appraisers, the Forensic Valuation Services section of the American Institute of CPAs, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
