Jones & Roth has allowed me incredible opportunities for personal growth such as being an active member of the tax management team which coordinates our internal processes and procedures for the firm wide tax processes. As a new manager, I enjoy being challenged to figure out how to take the daily processes and make them work for the firm as a whole. Our collaborative team makes this process very rewarding and keeps me challenged and excited about coming to work.
