Our business valuation team is one of the most experienced teams in Oregon. The team is headed by Bill Mason, CPA/ABV, ASA and Chris Hayes, CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA.

Bill and Chris are certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as Certified Public Accountants with an Accreditation in Business Valuation (CPA/ABV), and by the American Society of Appraisers as Accredited Senior Appraisers in Business Valuation (ASA). Chris is also certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Bill and Chris are also Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

Our team has served as expert witnesses in federal and state courts on valuation matters and been appointed as arbitrators.
