Bill has been providing valuation services for mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and litigation support for more than 25 years. He holds business valuation credentials from the American Society of Appraisers (Senior Member-ASA) and the American Institute of CPAs (ABV). His experience as a CPA also provides him with analytical skills necessary to understand the complexities of business and the markets they serve, a requirement for sound business valuations.

On January 1, 2002, Bill merged his firm, McCracken Mason Associates, with Jones & Roth. Bill served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Oregon for 15 years. He continues to strongly support the U of O by serving on multiple community and non-profit boards.
